There is absolutely no commitment necessary following our initial free consultation. If you decide to go ahead, following your assessment, you can book ad hoc sessions as frequently or infrequently as you want. We will provide you with bespoke exercises you can do alone, at home, with no equipment.
Absolutely. We will never force you to do anything you don't want to do. During our initial free consultation, we will talk about your previous experiences, and then find a way to work with you to achieve your goals. There are hundreds of types of exercise - it is our job to find the right ones for you.
If you choose our 12 week transformation, this is an essential element, and included in the cost. However, if you wish to book ad-hoc 1-1 sessions, it is advisable, but not compulsory.
Many chronic conditions can actually be helped by regular exercise, including Asthma, Diabetes and Arthritis. Regular physical can also have astounding benefits for your mental health. For certain conditions, we would request you consult with your GP before we devise your unique program. This would all be covered in your full assessment and treated with the utmost confidentiality.
We adore free online workouts! They're such a valuable resource and can provide a lot of inspiration.
The benefit to using a personal trainer is that we carry out a full fitness assessment in order to create a unique plan just for you. We also provide valuable support, motivation and feedback, in order to avoid any injuries and ensure you're getting the most from your exercise regime.
As well as all that, we offer nutrition advice to support your plan. It has been proven that you are far more likely to achieve your desired results with on-hand support, and a personalised programme.
